Beautiful, interesting, incredible cinema.
i wonder what the people thought they were looking at, while passing by the camera.
Look at those bastards, I bet they were all thinking "what the hell are you filming?" and how can i swindle so and so for more money for a taller hat and a more prodding cane! It's disappointing, people still retain that 19th century attitude.
I liked the part where the train arrived.
Odd.. I didn't know that were at least two different train arrivals shorts done by the Lumiere Brothers..
So many good mustaches from that time.
I love watching this film just to know how life was like in 1896.
what will be as confusing as hat-wearing about today's fashion in 100+ years?
So much for the 4th wall...
I bet people died watching it the first time.
An army of top hats and staches!
so many people...they all live such personal lives... *brain explodes*
The train arrived on time.
that train arrived alright. 5 stars!
Lookit all those mustaches.
That is gangster at its best!
Wow. Pure gold.
Thanks for this bit of film history, good quality too.
most people didn't notice the camera, they had no idea what it was.
And everybody dressed the same, in suits, weird.
What a superb display of excellent facial hair.
Que negociazo del amigo que vendía esos sombreritos y esas gabardinas… toda la bola de jodidos traen la misma jejeje.
How do you rate a film like this? It's simple, IN HATS! 5 HATS OUT OF 5 HATS.
