It's hard to give this film a rating. It is what it is, and succeeds in its goals; there's something very bizarre, perplexing, and disturbing about these Rabbits. Who cares what it means? It's freaky and totally emblematic of Lynch's work.
Although it was interesting, I have no clue of what I just watched. You think you'll end up finding out the link between what they say... but no. I guess making people perplexed is what makes them scared - the laughters out of place have a complete opposite effect on us. At some point it looked like they were talking about their audience. Only Lynch knows.
i have no idea of the hell that people with extreme cases of schizophrenia have to go through, but this short gave me a small sample (like it's big brother, Inland Empire)...nods to purgation, the bardo states, and a last line of dialogue that, to me, seems to reference (not the only seeming reference here) reincarnation...ominous AF...

Tabi filmin ciddi dertleri var. Tiyatroyu bitiren nesilden nefret ediyor, kendini komik sanan sitkomlardan iğreniyor, yaşamdaki iletişimsizlik ve samimiyetsizlikten canına tak etmiş...
