Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamcoatDirected byDavid Mallet
Really picks up after Joseph is sold into slavery and the sets become more outlandish - the earlier more biblical sections are groan-inducing. Once it becomes an orgy of color and campy acting, it is more enjoyable. Also, considerably stranger, like when Joan Collins' dominatrix-like character with diamond pasties steps on Joseph, while the show's frame of a class assembly insists this is a production for children.
