Synopsis

Lula’s psychopathic mother goes crazy at the thought of Lula being with Sailor, who just got free from jail. Ignoring Sailor’s probation, they set out for California. However their mother hires a killer to hunt down Sailor. Is it possible that Wild at Heart had different scenes (or more) on VHS ? I remember watching a tape around 2004 and it left me with a different feeling than this DVD version, much better, perhaps even a better movie than Lost Highway because of the numerous funny parts and the contrast in the movie.

dafoe performance is the only good and enjoyable thing here, and his face in this movie is one of the strangest face i've ever seen in movie., do not ever expect this to be another 'blue velvet', like i did, or you'll regret..
