I love this movie so much. When i rented this movie i kept it for a month, so that i could watch it every day. This is one of the most charming and imaginative movies i have ever seen.

I thought this film might be pretentious but luckily it wasn't. It's very creative and Gondry has quite a nice visual style. The story is very interesting and I liked Gael Garcia Bernal's character. The film overall has a very nice tone. I enjoyed it a lot.
A visually exciting and clever film that happens in three languages. One wonders whether using Spanish, French and English was a pragmatic decision to cater for the actors' language abilities. It works, though, and allows for further humorous moments in the film. Not a moment of dullness. Strangely, though, I wasn't invested in the characters and wasn't inspired by the obvious brilliance of the filmmaker.
one of my favourite films ! the animation resources with the cotton for the clouds or the plastic instead of water make this a magical and really lovely film to watch! the fact that neither the character or the viewer get to know waht is real and what a dream, makes a really nice experience watching the movie! :)
Gondry's crowing achievement thus far. I agree with the comparisons to Jacques Tati, and I truly hope his career trek is similar.
The Science of Sleep makes a good case for Michel Gondry being his generation's Jacques Tati. And like Tati, he probably won't unleash his best work until late in his career. Let's just call this his Mon Oncle. I can't wait for him to make his Playtime.
